1. Achieve QD Star in 30 days and earn up to £2900

2. Incentives

4. Verify your ID

5. Complete your online training

6. Skills pay the bills training

Watch this 1 hour training recorded 10/3/26 with Clair Hingott and Hannah Leaning. It introduces what we do, what to say giving real life examples. Click here to watch

7. Sign up as your own customer

Partners who are customers are more successful. Your recruiter will sign you up. You will need to be at least an energy customer to qualify for free energy. Being your own customers also counts for 1 of your 6 for QD*.

8. Complete the fast start plan

The fast start plan has 5 steps.

  1. Your WHY – People with strong reasons earn the most. How is UW going to help you? Use your reason to explain to people why you are doing UW. What will you do with the first £1000 you earn?
  2. How the money works – Understand how you get paid. There is a lot of money to be earned with up to £2900 in the first 30 days for achieving QD Star.
  3. Build your list – Big List Big Income. Write done names of friends, family, church, sports clubs, school, neighbours everyone you know. Do not prejudge.
  4. Contacting your list – Use and follow the scripts. This is a critical step and number 1 skill to learn.
  5. Training and events – This business is 80% mindset 20% skill. Training is free.

9. Build list of people to show UW

Build a list of 20+ names. Add names every day. Keep notes and follow up dates within the Partner App. Add everyone you know, do not prejudge. The bigger your list the more you will earn. Who do you know who would like an extra £1000 a month part time.

Categorise your list. Highlight them as

  • Homeowners in green – Earn up to £250 for a 3 services customer.
  • Tenants in Red – No upfront income but earn residual income.
  • Potential team in blue – Show them how to make money e.g. appropriate UW Story or Information call. Big team big income.

10. Book appointments

Plan to show UW to 30 people in your first 30 days using one of the 5 UW tools. This business is about saying less to more people. Use the tools don’t be a tool. Even if you only sign up 6 homeowners and 1 partner in your first month you will earn on average £2000+ for about 20 to 30 hours work. That is over £50 an hour in income excluding future residual income. You could earn more.

What to say to get an appointment

This is critical. Get this right and UW is easy. Everyone you talk to WILL give you an appointment BUT YOU MUST FOLLOW THE SCRIPTS!

Do not say “would you like to save money on your energy bill?”, most people will say NO. Nobody likes to be sold to. This is the number one mistake new partners make.

Explain to people WHY you are doing this. What is the problem in your life you currently have and how UW will help to solve. Most people have the same problems especially with the cost of living crisis.

Some examples of what to say

  1. Ask for a favour to practice a presentation.
  2. Say you have started something new and would like to get their opinion
  3. Say you are looking for referrals and would like to be recommended to their friends but only if they like what they see.
  4. Say your new boss has given you a task to show a video to 5 people this week and get feedback.
  5. Ask people if they are open minded to earning a 2nd income.

In all cases book an appointment with them and your supporting partner who will then run the presentation with you. This can be online or an actual meet up.

Do not just send them a link they will NOT watch it. You need to be with them face to face or on the phone when they watch the presentation and you or mentor talk them through it.

We have tested this system over the last 27 years and signed up 1.3 million customers. Follow the scripts and system it works.

  4. uw.co.uk/earn – Short videos explaining how to earn with UW.

After showing any tool always ask “What do you like best?”. Find out if saving or making money is their priority. How would an extra income benefit them? Ask them lots of questions. Recruit first customer second.

11. Doing the appointment

You are showing BOTH the opportunity to MAKE MONEY and SAVE MONEY! A team will always earn you more money than just signing up customers.

Show people UW face to face or online with your supporting mentor.

Face to face appointments login at uw.co.uk/quote , choose Face-to-Face and select you have a supporting partner. If your supporting partner is remote give them the appointment code.

Remote appointments where you, your prospect and your supporting partner are in different locations do the following.

  1. YOU login at uw.co.uk/quote select fully remote. Give the appointment code to the prospect and your supporting partner
  2. PROSPECT goes to uw.link/meet . They enter the appointment code and press accept request. You can see their screen.
  3. THE SUPPORTING PARTNER logins in at uw.co.uk/quote and enters the appointment code.
  4. Everyone can see the same screen. The prospect is in control of the screen. You or your supporting partner talks them through the presentation.

TOP TIP : Sign 3 customers (including yourself) ASAP to unlock residual income. The easiest way is to show people the opportunity to MAKE MONEY invite. When they become a partner they are also your customer and their own customer at the same time.

13. Your hosted websites

14. Attend Sunday night zoom 8:30pm

15. Attend your local Buzz

16. Attend Thursday 8:30pm cross team zoom training

17. Book ticket to next major event

Book tickets and put dates in your diary. Each year there are 2 major events attended by 1000s of partners. People who attend earn the most, people who don’t attend normally earn nothing. Meet the top earners, company directors and hear the latest announcements.

  3. Kick Offs – Held first 2 weekends in January in various locations.

This business is about mindset. Personal development and learning is critical.

20. Support your new team

When you become QD* you can support your team and start earn supporting bonuses. If you help your new team member become QD* in 30 days and they earn between £500 to £2900 you will also earn between £400 to £1100 for supporting them.

21. After QD* The Next Bonuses

There are £1,000s in bonuses available as your grow your team. Getting to TL (Team Leader) will earn you around £5,000 to £10,000 and take 3 to 12 months. Get to GL (Group Leader) and you will probably have earned about £30,000 in total which could take 6 months to 3 years. SGL (Senior Group Leader) you will probably have earned £100,000 to date taking 1 to 5 years depending on how fast you want to earn. Typical incomes at SGL are £50,000+ a year part time reaching £100,000+ for fast moving large teams. It is up to you what you want to earn, do more earn more.

22. The Power Of 1

If you just signed up 1 partner and 1 customer a month every month and got your new team to do the same you will build a big business. You would be paid 30p on each team customer and over the year this would multiply. By the end of the year you would be paid £614 a month residual income on your teams customers this would continue to grow. You only signed up 12 customers and 12 partners. The Power of 1 a month.
